The one thing that comes across my desk from my readers is, "How do I get more book sales?" I give advice all of the time with tips to get your book in front of more readers, but we've never really focused on one big aspect of book promotion, and I thought a book on what the holidays can do for you and your book would be perfect.

Holidays can really boost your sales without really selling, and you won't be feeling pushy at all. It's a great way, giving you an excuse, to tell people about your book. Starting in October, people are starting to get ready for Christmas. They're starting their shopping, buying gifts for their loved ones and looking for the best deals possible. Wait!
Before Christmas though is Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Thanksgiving, oh my gosh it's endless really. Then we have Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, New Years, Valentines Day, Easter...it goes on and on.
Heck, there are even holidays that we don't know about. All you have to do is Google the day and ask what day it is, like Hot Chocolate Day, or also known as Cocoa Day, on December 13. Go ahead! This year I know you'll be enjoying hot chocolate on December 13, lol.
The point is that you can find a GOOD excuse to be putting your book out there and it won't be 'selly' or pushy at all. You just need to know how to do it, and utilize a sale correctly to make your readers want to buy your book during the holiday time.
