Echoes on Heavenly Sea Shells is an inspirational poetry chapbook about nature and God. Here is a poem from the book entitled Mother Nature:

Raindrops of Mercy

Cool rains
Soothe my soul
From above
Only from true love
And is from Heaven’s shores!
For a thirsty soul.

Washed clean
From all dirtiness
God gives second chances
God takes second glances
He only wants the best for you!

Cool rains
Soothe my soul
From above
Only from true love
And is from Heaven’s shores
For a thirsty soul.

“I will love You, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock and my fortress
And my deliverer;
My God, my strength, in whom
I will trust;
My shield and the horn of
My salvation, my stronghold.”

(Psalm 18: 1-2)

Trail of Gold

Walking on gold
Right down Heaven’s trails
A nature preserve
Of pretty colors
Footsteps of gold

A person here
Never grows old
The high mountains
And crystal fountains
Refreshing with sweet waters

Clear crystal soothes the eye
Precious stones
Reveal our new home
Just a wonderful golden trail
Warming every creature

“Oh come, let us sing to the Lord!
Let us shout joyfully to the Rock
Of our salvation.”

(Psalm 95: 1)

Outdoors in Late Autumn

The scent of apple cider
As fireplaces cook the logs
Pumpkins begin lining up
As horse breaths become visible

Nights are so still
Clear as glass
As family cheer indoors
Warms anyone that is present

Crunchy leaves of all colors
Put on a spectacular show
And those of older years
Go on color tours

Cats whine in mischief
Playing in cardboard boxes
As days become shorter
Winding down towards November

A hot cup of coffee
Brings out man’s control
Rugged individualism in the country
Blue jeans and barking dogs

“He who dwells in the secret place of the
Most High shall abide under
The shadow of the Almighty.”

(Psalm 91: 1)
