The book is a compilation of spiritual teacher and best-selling author Swami Dhyan Giten's lectures on Jesus Christ during satsang between May - July, 2015, in Stockholm.
Giten was a disciple of Jesus in a former life.
Giten talks about Jesus, the Man, Jesus, the Mystic and Jesus, the Rebel. He makes a clear distinction between Jesus Christ and the religion that has been built around him - Christianity.
Through talking about the gospels of Matthew, Luke and John, Giten reintroduces Jesus as the man, the mystic and the compromiseless rebel, who are filled with love and compassion. Jesus becomes alive in a new and dynamic way and not in the way that Jesus has been presented to us by the theologians and the priests.
Giten talks about love, joy, trust, acceptance, healing, truth, the need to serve, the difference between being and ego, wisdom, silence and God.

For the first time, we really feel the laughter, passion, silence and celebration of life in Jesus, which shows us the deeper meaning, the timeless relevance.
This mind body and spirit book is a joy and a delight for those in love with the words of Jesus.
In-between the lectures on Jesus Christ, Giten answer questions on spiritual growth from seekers of truth.
Giten has also complemented the lectures on Jesus with The Art of Living, which includes practical meditation exercises.
"The religious words that Giten formulate can make anyone mentally stunned. These words create an inner silence and a deep spiritual wonder for life. Giten has shaken me. I hope the readers also discover his greatness."
Excerpt:
When we are created, we consist of just one single fertilized ovum - a tiny round ball with a diameter of 0,15 millimeter. In the moment that we begin to exist, the whole humanity can be contained in a bucket - how outstanding incomprehensible. But the ovum divides and divides again - one time after another. When we are fully grown, we consist of several millions of milliards cells. If we would share all our cells in the body with the people on earth each one would receive almost one million cells. The fertilized ovum has become a whole gigantic galaxy - what a miracle.
Each cell consists in itself of many milliards of atoms. Each cell is a whole universe with its own power stations - mitochondria’s. In the cells many different repair jobs are being done. The cells have its own disposalstations with advanced sorting of disposals. The machinery of the cells is still an incomprehensible mystery. The development of the building blocks of life started in the world oceans several milliards of years ago.
How did it all begin?
The answer from science to the question is today almost univocal. Out of nothing, our visible universe was created in a large expansion "Big Bang". The event occurred for about 13 milliards of years ago. Endless amounts of hydrogen atoms and helium atoms were formed. These gases were collected in gas balls, which soon began to glow - suns were born. The suns were collected in large swarms, which we call galaxies. Our own galaxy The Milky Way is one of these sun swarms. Several hundred milliards of suns exist in our galaxy. But our galaxy is not alone. There are numerous galaxies. The Hubble telescope can see several hundred milliards of galaxies in the visible universe. The scientific report of creation is an unfathomable tale in the signs of mysticism.
Too large suns showed to be unstable. They explode in the end in a so-called super nova explosion. Such a solar explosion occurred in the place in The Milky Way, where we live now - almost 5 milliards years ago. It is the remains after this gigantic explosion that has created our solar system. Our own sun and all planets that move around our sun were created in that moment. The mysterious force that created our visible universe in a first large expansion Big Bang, then created the planet systems by letting the largest suns explode. Then it was time for the next act of creation - the beginning of organic life.
During some milliards of years life was ignited in the oceans on earth. The same course of events occurred with all certainty on milliards other planets in our own galaxy. Life is cooking all over The Milky Way - and in numerous other galaxies in the whole visible universe. We have for some strange reason always wanted to be alone. But the evidence that life is universal is convincing.
Meteorites and comets with organic material have hit earth for many milliards of years. Life has cling tight on to the whole universe.
During some milliards of years life as trapped in the oceans on earth, but for about 400 million years ago life crawled up on land. Oxygen had formed in the atmosphere and a thin layer of ozone, which filtered away the ultraviolet light from the sun had formed. This first sun protection opened the gates for life on earth. Life crawled up on land. If we make genealogy research going back 400 millions of years in time, our relative’s lands in the sea brow. The beginning of life is still an incomprehensible mystery.
